Diabetes Youth & Parent Group
The Future: Diabetes Youth & Parent Group
Life with diabetes may be challenging for youth with the condition and the people who care for them. Knowing someone else who is going through similar experiences can help decrease the sense of isolation that comes with daily management of a chronic condition.
The Future: Diabetes Youth Group is a free group for young people with diabetes, their parents and caregivers. This group is presented and funded by UChicago Medicine and the Kovler Diabetes Center.
