- National Cancer Institute Clinical Trials — Conducts cancer clinical trials and offers a searchable database and information for cancer patients
- National Heart, Lung, & Blood Institute Clinical Trials — Trials sponsored by the NHLBI, including those not on clinicaltrials.gov
