Instead of traditional one-on-one prenatal visits, Centering Pregnancy offers group sessions led by a certified nurse midwife. Each session is designed to ensure a holistic approach to pregnancy care and includes:
- Private time with a healthcare provider for essential prenatal check-ups
- Interactive group discussions on topics like pregnancy, childbirth and newborn care
- Peer support from fellow expectant parents
- Education on key topics such as nutrition, breastfeeding, mental health and more
