Prenatal and Family Classes
The Family Birth Center offers prenatal classes on a broad variety of childbirth and infant care topics.
Especially if this is your first pregnancy — and even if it isn't — we encourage you and your spouse, partner or co-parent to take prenatal classes and a birth center tour.
It’s generally recommended to start prenatal classes at the beginning of your third trimester. However, it's really up to you and what works best for your family and schedule.
