Conveniently located at 143rd Street & South La Grange Road, our outpatient clinic has a robust offering of primary care services as well as specialty care for people who need help managing chronic illnesses.

UChicago Medicine Orland Park is also a destination for screening mammography, lung cancer screening, bone density testing and cancer risk and prevention services. We also offer Vision RT, a patient surface monitoring system for patients who require Deep Inspiration Breath Hold (DIBH).

For your urgent orthopaedic needs, visit our Ortho Walk-in Clinic on Monday and Thursday evenings. No need for an appointment or physician referral (unless required by your insurance). 

Hours:
Mon. and Thurs.: 5-7 pm

We treat:

• Any injuries that require same-day treatment for adults and kids
• Bone, joint or muscle injury that occurred within the past few days
• Fractures/broken bones
• Sports injuries

Services not available through the Orthopaedic Walk-In Clinic include:

• Treatment for chronic conditions, including arthritis and pain management
• Treatment for overuse injuries, including plantar fasciitis and tendonitis
• Treatment/paperwork for workers’ compensation injuries
• Second opinions for orthopaedic issues
