The faculty and staff of the University of Chicago Medicine hope you and your family have a good patient experience. Our patient and family relation specialists throughout the entire health system are eager to receive your feedback about the care and service that you or your family member has received at any UChicago Medicine or Comer Children's Hospital location.
If you feel that your needs and requests are not being adequately addressed, we encourage you to first talk with your care team. However, if you are having trouble resolving an issue or concern, please reach out to us. We are here to advocate for you and your family. Specifically, we can assist you in:
- Delivering compliments to outstanding physician and staff members
- Bridging communication gaps with your care team when you feel your expectations have not been met
- Filing a formal grievance if a matter cannot be successfully resolved through communication
